Weeks 9 & 10 Review by Maximilian Biger

There is a bus lane for Horace Mann after it is built. It might be used for school buses and city buses. They dug into the grass and made a new road.

And I am going on a school bus to New Hoover. And I am sharing new Hoover with Lincoln. We got shirts with a picture on it. It is the Mann Mustangs holding a cup with Lincoln Lions and it is like Harry and Cedric holding the Triwizard cup.

  1. This logo is very like the old logo of my Sciences Po Paris university. But it seems they have abandoned it in 2005. (http://www.sciencespo.fr/fr/actualites/actualit%C3%A9s/petite-histoire-du-logo-sciences-po/983)

Weeks 5 & 6 Review by Maximilian Biger

They took out the kitchen. There is going to be a new entryway and we think it will be glass and have plants growing around it.  We don't know where the new kitchen is going to be.  There's a machine that has a dumpster at the end and they put it through the window. They are clearing everything out of the inside of the building.

Weeks 7 & 8 Review by Maximilian Biger

They took away truck loads of dirt. I think they took maybe 6, 7, or 8 truckloads.  There are lots of gravel piles still. They are building a wall and it is right next to a new sidewalk that they will build. And behind that I think they are building a ramp. So the building is handicap accessible.

The Tour: Round 2

I chose this because it shows the stairs that go to the windows that show the gym.  It's really cool because you can look down at the other classes playing AND it's tornado proof because it is made out of cement.  This is the new staircase. It used to be the OLD main staircase too, when the school first opened.  This is the elevator shaft. This is the motor to the elevator.  This is the glass paneling. This is a picture of part of the gym. This guy was working up high. This is a picture of the future playground (and Reed's house, to remain). This is a picture of the air conditioning. This is the art room!  Ms. Cox will LOVE it! This is storage for the art room. Close to finished hallway. New floor and walls. Inside of a classroom. The storage.
